Week 11
  The art of holding space
Whatever comes your way is meant for you to benefit from. Lots of times we tend towards the negative and only think about the negative in a negative way. In Week 11, we introduce to you the art of holding space, where we not only hold space for others but also for ourselves to feel better even when things seem to be getting worse.

And I understand too the importance of feeling our feelings. This is what I almost always talk about in my FAR (Feel-Adapt-Release) Cycle article. And you can still adapt after feeling. And you get to release whatever negative emotion you were feeling and take it as it is.

It was meant for you to benefit from. It was not just in the way; it was part of the way. You are so much more than those feelings and you get to hold space for emotions and be resilient at the same time.
